  • How do I sign up for a wholesale account?

Only registered businesses can create a wholesale account. You can sign up using the wholesale sign up form.

*Note: Business tax ID is optional if you are a new business.

However, you will need to send your tax ID to us at hello@plantishfuture.com ASAP once you receive it from the government.

 

  • What are the benefits of buying directly from you versus wholesale marketplaces?
  1. Make the most out of your purchase with Canadian Prices (rather than USD used on Faire), making products you order less costly.
  2. The wholesale price is 50% off retail price, including sets that are not made available on other wholesale platforms or are priced differently.
  3. More exclusive buy bulk products (up to 8% extra bulk discount).
  4. Exclusive site wide discount throughout the year.
  5. Prioritized shipping with a lead time 1-3 days. 
  6. Authorized use of our product and lifestyle photos.

 

  • How much is shipping?
Our wholesale website is still in its testing stage, therefore our shipping fees are not properly set up as of yet. Following a purchase, we will charge you a flat rate of CA$20 - CA$80 based on your order value and the shipping fees will be reconciled once your order is shipped.

  • Do you offer free pick-up?
The pick up location is in Richmond, at the intersection of Garden City Road and Granville Avenue.
*Note: Customers who requested local pick up can contact us at hello@plantishfuture.com and must include the respective name and order number. Please allow at least 24 hours for order processing.

 

  • How long does it take to ship my orders? 
    We ship orders every 1-3 business days. We typically don't ship over the weekends. We select couriers that have tracking enabled and your orders should normally arrive within a week to 2 weeks in North America. Some secluded regions may take longer.
    You should receive an email order notification with a tracking number to track your shipment.

     

    • What is your return policy? 
      Plantish does not accept returns as returned inventory in the US alone creates over 15 million tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually.

      If the tracking number status is delivered, we unfortunately won't be able to cover stolen or misplaced packages.
      However, if there are defected products, please don't hesitate to email us at hello@plantishfuture.com. We will address these on a case-by-case basis.
      *Note: Depending on the circumstances, we can offer a one time courtesy reshipment of your order for defected, stolen, or misplaced packages.
